Jonathan joined AIM-Texas after years in customer service, drawn by the opportunity to build deeper client relationships and offer solutions that truly matter. He specializes in insurance renewals, outreach, and documentation—but what sets him apart is his ability to connect with clients and guide them through decisions with clarity and care. Known on the team for his proactive customer outreach, Jonathan has also built scalable workflows that improve retention and cross-selling—most notably the 60-day notice system that helps clients stay ahead of their renewal timelines. He’s a systems thinker at heart, always refining processes to make them more efficient, transparent, and client-friendly. Jonathan’s approach to service is rooted in empathy and precision. He listens closely, asks the right questions, and avoids surface-level fixes. His goal is always to understand the full picture so he can offer tailored solutions. When it comes to explaining coverage, he leaves the jargon behind, ensuring every client walks away informed and confident. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys board games, photography, and traveling—especially with his life partner, who shares many of the same interests. Their dog, Hawkeye, often accompanies them, bringing a calm, curious energy to every trip. Whether he’s exploring a new city or fine-tuning a workspace at home, Jonathan brings the same thoughtful attention and love of meaningful systems to everything he does.
