Janet Spracklen
Service Manager
Janet Spracklen has been in the insurance game for over 40 years, and she really knows her stuff when it comes to personal and small to mid-sized business insurance. She’s got a knack for understanding policy language and what customers need. Throughout her career, she’s worn many hats—successful sales agent, office manager, agency manager, trainer, mentor, and even agency owner.
Janet got her start working with her dad after a big hailstorm hit Fort Worth, Texas, back in the early '80s. They teamed up for 26 years until he retired, and she learned so much from him. It was a special experience for both of them.
In 2001, Janet took the leap to become an independent agent and has worked with several top-rated insurance companies since then. After facing some health challenges, she joined forces with AIM-Texas, where she now serves as our service manager, making sure our clients are well taken care of.
When she’s not busy with work, Janet and her husband are living the good life on their small farm with their son and his family. They’ve got five grandkids, four dogs, four cats, four geese, a bunch of chickens, and one very chatty and opinionated yellow double-crested Amazon parrot. If you’re chatting with Janet on the phone, don’t be surprised if you hear roosters crowing or the parrot chiming in! And when they’re not gathering eggs, you might find them cruising on a ship, enjoying the gorgeous blue waters.
